Do we get to meet the photographer who will shoot our wedding and see their work?
Absolutely. We are not a "photography-broker" like some companies in town, that "match you with the best possible photographer" (in other words with some freelancer looking for a last minute gig!) a few weeks before your wedding. Our studio has two photographers and you will meet with us during the consultation and what you see on our website is our work!

Is there an advantage of getting photography and video from the same company? Photographers and videographers from different studios, usually compete with each other for a shooting position or time with the bride and groom. When you hire a company that offers both services, the photographers and video crew have worked with each other many times before and know how to balance the requirements of each art form.

"Photojournalistic" or "traditional?" We listen to the client about which approach to favor. There are times during the day, like the ceremony, when we can only shoot "photojournalistic." But if the client requests traditional posed shots, we will pose the couple by themselves and in group shots. We always pre-scout the venues, so the day of the wedding we come prepared with locations in mind for posed shots, while at the same time we keep an open mind for spur-of-the-moment, fun shots. When do we get our pictures? We usually deliver your pictures the week after the wedding (sometimes during the high-season it may take up to two weeks, but very rarely longer than that).

Do we get our negatives? Absolutely! The price you pay for any package includes all your "digital negatives" in full print resolution (from your wedding and engagement). We can make custom prints for you, but again, that is YOUR choice.

Do you offer coffee-table style wedding albums? Actually, we specialize in them! We offer the best-looking, best-priced coffee-table style albums in the business. Designed by a graphic designer, they also have what many of our competitors' albums often lack: truly elegant page layout design.

Do you travel? We will travel to any location in Southern California, between Santa Barbara and San Diego. We charge a small traveling fee of $2 per mile per 2 crew members outside a 40 miles from our zip code (no charge for the first 40 miles).
